follow the steps
1
Look at the Template: You see the classic “Dear Santa” letter — but today we flip it. Instead of writing what you want, you’ll write what you don’t want to carry into the new year.
2
Write Your Anti-Wishlist: Fill in 7–9 lines with things you don’t want in your life in 2026. Focus on:
  • emotions you want less of
  • habits you want to break
  • situations you don’t want to repeat
  • mental clutter you want to release
  • energy-draining patterns
  • overcommitment, stressors, fears
Use simple nouns or short phrases — keep it clean and honest.
3
Tiny Affirmation Rewrite (optional): Rewrite two items from your anti-wishlist into positive, future-focused statements.
  • “less anxiety” → “more calm in my everyday life”
  • “stop overworking” → “I give myself time to rest”
